Max Factor Creme Puff Blushes

 Review & Swatches . . .

Left: Nude Mauve, Right: Gorgeous Berries

Can we all just take a moment to congratulate Max Factor on their wonderful new creation, which is their Creme Puff Blushes?

I only have 2 of the 6 shades on offer, but there is no doubt that I shall be buying them all. Not only is this, my new personal favourite blush but I have already used them on a couple of my brides, who absolutely loved the finish as well.

Their formula is like velvet, very soft to touch, baked with a multi-tonal pigments, which gives them that gorgeous marble effect, to illuminate and give your skin a soft glow, acting like a highlighter and blush in one.

They are super pigmented so build them up softly as a small amount of this product worked into the skin goes along way, but as these are so easily blend-able even if you do add a little too much, it takes minimal amount of effort to blend or buff away any harsh lines.
They last well, with the colour lasting as long as most powder blushes. Even when the colour starts to fade after around 6 hours, a hint of shimmer still remains.

They have also been duped for the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blushes, I personally have not tried the hourglass ones but with the Max Factor ones costing a small £8.99 compared to the Hourglass ones at a pricey £28.00 I probably won’t need too.

The packaging is simple but classy, with the gold trim around the lid. I like how they have made the compact lid see-through, so you can see what shade you are going for. They are available in any Boots or Superdrug.

Bottom: Nude Mauve, Top: Gorgeous Berries
Blush shades for your skin tone:

So if you're looking for a high quality blush at drugstore prices, here's your pick.
Once again, bravo Max Factor you did good!

Have a Fabulous Day!
